The team travelled to Montreal, QC for the NAPA Auto Parts 100 & 200 at Circuit Gilles Villeneuve comfortably positioned 2nd in the standings. Ranger drove the #27 Challenger to a 2nd place podium finish thus maintaining the team's 2nd place championship position. The NASCAR Nationwide Series NAPA Auto Parts 200 began with Ranger starting 12th, who at one point trailed Danica Patrick for 2nd place. Despite the race strategy working in the team's favor for a top-5 finish, they were the victims of a broken rear suspension putting an end to their day.
