GCMI and Andrew Ranger returned home from the three-race western Canada road trip with 11th, 7th, and 6th place finishes in Vernon BC, Edmonton AB, and Saskatoon SK respectively. The team had flawless pit stops which allowed Ranger to lead at times during the races, and secured two top-10 finishes remaining 3rd in the overall NASCAR Canadian Tire Series (NCATS) standings. A new car proved to be a challenge as the team and driver were tested with handling and braking problems throughout the trip which kept the car from securing stronger finishes. Ranger and the team were looking forward to returning to Ranger's home province for races in Trois-Riviere & Montreal, QC.
